I’m a native Memphian and local hairstylist with a passion for spreading kindness and engaging with people of all walks of life.

Growing up, I always thought I had “bad poofy hair.” I first discovered the true texture of my hair in 2006 and soon then after fell in the rabbit hole of all things curls. I finally began to understand that my hair was actually curly this entire time. I then stepped my foot into the beauty industry in early 2010 and there has been no looking back.

Healthy hair is so important to me. I also enjoy knowing that the products and brands I work with care about not only our own health, but also the health of our planet. Clean and performance based haircare is totally my jam.

I specialize in curly hair. I enjoy creating beautiful haircuts with movement and shape on many different textures. Educating you on how to best care for your hair is where my passion truly exists. Cutting beautiful shapes and allowing your hair to have movement is my next favorite thing.

Realistically, it’s YOUR hair. I’m just here to help you with it by addressing your challenges, educating you on how to best care for it, and offering different services and treatments that can enhance the beauty and uniqueness that is YOU!

When I’m not in the salon, I’m proably 10 toes deep into your local thrift shop (which is 99% of my home and salon decor), getting my hands in the dirt and beautifying the outdoors, tending to my many pets, thinking of ways to help out my neighborhood, or planning my next outdoor escape.
