I totally understand that trying a new stylist or salon can feel scary, but I want you to feel completely comfortable for your first visit.
This welcome packet will prepare you for what to expect and ease your nerves!
Pre Visit
Email and Text Confirmations
IYou will receive an email and text one week before your scheduled appointment, and an additional text 3 days before. Please confirm this as soon as possible so I can be totally prepared for your visit. If you feel that what you scheduled no longer works, please reach out or reschedule online 48 hours before your appointment.
*Please note my 48 hour cancellation policy.
Arrival
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. I am located inside Phenix Salon Suites at 6165 Stage Road. I am suite 132 down the hallway on the right. *Please note my late arrival policy.
You may text me when you arrive (901-308-8166) or you may enter the building and approach my suite. If the door is shut, I am still finishing with another guest. There are benches in the hallway where you may wait. If the door to my suite is open, you may enter.
How to Prepare
Please arrive with your hair clean, dry, and detangled completely. Please style it as you normally would, using product. Show me what you got!
If you are receiving a haircut, it's so important to arrive with your hair down and dry. No buns, braids, ponytails, or clips. Wear it how you would normally style it. This ensures I can see any natural wave or curl patterns and helps me give you your desired result.
Be familiar with what products you are using at home, as I will inquire about your current routine to help address any challenges you may be having. This is a no judgement zone.
Please avoid wearing clothing with bulky necklines, such as hooded sweatshirts, collared shirts, and turtlenecks.
Suite Experience
Environment
If you have never been in a suite before, you are in for a treat. I have a single chair space that is has a window front with lots of natural light. I do not book two guests at the same time, so you get to experience a unique solitary salon visit.
Amenities
I have phone chargers (Apple and Android) available at each chair so you don't have to worry about a low battery. Wifi is also available.

Post Visit
Follow Up Visits
Please be sure to add your appointments to your calendar. Most guests returning within 12 weeks or less prebook in advance.
If you need to cancel, you may have to wait up to 6+ weeks to get back on my schedule as I do stay booked out fully for 6-8 weeks. Cancellations openings do occur, and there are about 20+ guests on the waitlist at a time.

Booking becomes available at 9:00am on the 1st of every month for the following month. They fill up quickly and are first come first serve. Some spots will already be unavailable as I do prebook my existing color guests.
